Jean Rough, Partner
Jean is a dynamic facilitator, trainer, and licensed psychotherapist. Her career began as a strategy planner for Xerox. After earning an M.A. in Psychology, she founded and directed Bergita House, a nonprofit organization facilitating children and parents to trust and empower themselves. Later, through her involvement with Dynamic Facilitation and Wisdom Councils, she became a co-founder and board member of the nonprofit Center for Wise Democracy and a partner with Jim Rough & Associates, Inc. Jean dynamically facilitates communities, organizations, schools, and families to elevate their quality of thinking, address important issues, and build trust and respect with one another.
