Rosa Zubizarreta, Associate
Rosa has been practicing, researching, and writing about Dynamic Facilitation since 2000. She particularly enjoys teaching Dynamic Facilitation, both leading workshops and also coaching people in this powerful method for eliciting co-intelligence and co-creativity in groups. Rosa works as an organization development consultant, facilitating creative collaboration and greater effectiveness in a variety of settings, including business, government, nonprofit, and community organizations. Her earlier professional background includes work in education, education reform, and social services, where she has specialized in dialogic, participatory, community-building, and strength-based approaches. Her passion for the social applications of organizational development work has led to a collaboration with Tom Atlee on his book The Tao of Democracy (Imprint/Book Surge, 2002) and an essay on the social applications of dialogue for the Collective Wisdom Initiative of the Fetzer Institute. Rosa holds a M.A. in Psychology from the Organization Development program at Sonoma State University, and a M.A. in Multicultural Education from the University of San Francisco.
