Seminar Description

In this introductory seminar you will learn Dynamic Facilitation as a way to help people:

  • achieve breakthroughs on difficult, emotional or “impossible” issues
  • arrive at unanimous perspectives and choices
  • empower themselves to new levels of capability
  • overcome conflict and build trust, respect, and the spirit of community

The seminar is often a transformational experience for participants. You will address real issues that you care about and achieve shifts and breakthroughs. There is a leap ahead in empowerment, for changing what seems unchangeable. For most participants, the seminar opens an exciting new door of possibility in many aspects of life … for solving personal issues, overcoming emotional blocks, leadership skills in helping others, and for seeing new possibilities in organizations and systems. Practice sessions with personal coaching, plus follow up networking provide the opportunity for deep learning and growth.
