Refunds:
Full refunds will be given for cancellations received at least three weeks before the start of the seminar. Afterwards a cancellation will be subject to a $250 administration fee. No refunds will be given within five days of the seminar, but a voucher may be provided. Substitutions are accepted.

8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Advanced training, Certification, and Licensing:
Advanced training is available on an ongoing basis. Certification and licensing are available to exceptionally qualified facilitators.
